The clients lived in a victorian terraced house. The two ground floor rooms had been knocked through to make one large room and the clients wanted to divide the room into two distinct spaces but without losing the open feel that existed. We designed a T shaped alcove unit that created shelves and cabinets, some accessible from both 'rooms' and some form only one.
This was a difficult piece to make as we weren't able to assemble it in the workshop and it had to be very precise (even 0.25mm out in one plane and it wouldn't fit together with the other planes!). It was a nerve wracking day fitting it but it all went together perfectly!
"Excellent job in designing and building a shelving and storage unit in our sitting room, which runs across two walls of the room and bridges the room. A bespoke service for a very competitive price." AC and TC
